If you are writing about a specific programme, three things make a first reply more useful than an offer to arrange a call:

• Where it is. Pre-mobilisation, mid-delivery, or past a missed date.
• What decision is coming. A gate, an investment approval, a board paper, a vendor negotiation, a regulatory deadline.
• What you would want to be true in ninety days.

Nothing sent to us is shared outside the practice, and we are content to work under your non-disclosure agreement from the first conversation rather than the second.
