Sectors

Where we have worked

Seven sectors, four countries, four decades. We do not publish client names - see the note below.

Pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution
An ISEQ-listed pharmaceutical and medical device distributor, where we directed a €130m+ core platform and warehouse automation transformation. A global clinical research organisation, where we ran a service-delivery excellence programme and diagnostic reviews of platforms, data duplication and execution delays across global trials. An Australian private health insurer, across ERP implementation and a coordinated public-private care model.
Banking and capital markets
Two engagements with an Irish pillar bank: an omni-channel platform launch with data protection and GDPR compliance, and later a transformation office leading the reverse transfer of an outsourced IT function. A global private bank in New York, where we initiated and led a client data management programme covering suitability and know-your-customer obligations in wealth management onboarding. A mortgage servicing acquirer, on the assurance of a multi-billion euro portfolio migration.
Insurance and life assurance
An Irish general insurer, where we directed a €30m multi-year digital transformation across eight workstreams and embedded predictive analytics, automated risk scoring and AI-assisted decisioning into underwriting and claims. An Irish life assurer, across a fourteen-workstream digital programme, four new platforms and the enterprise transformation office. A European life carrier, on separation from its parent. An Australian health insurer.
Telecommunications
An Irish mobile network operator, where we led business readiness for a BSS digital transformation supporting omni-channel service and sales, and the adoption strategy across digital and physical channels. Earlier, technology delivery for an Australian telecommunications equipment manufacturer.
Media and publishing
A global US media group across three engagements: an ERP transformation covering HR and finance with a restructured vendor strategy, migration of content management technologies across major digital brands, and a wholesaler assignment redesign with a distribution analytics platform that removed approximately €5m of print cost per annum.
Government and public sector
An Australian state health department, on a coordinated care model run jointly with a private insurer, including stakeholder engagement across government agencies, insurers and providers to run a human ethics research trial. Earlier, a United States municipal education authority.
Retail and consumer
Wholesale print distribution redesign and analytics for a global media group's retail arm, and earlier technology delivery for a luxury goods business in Australia.

On not naming clients

We describe engagements by sector and by scale, and we do not publish client names or logos.

That is a deliberate position rather than a gap. Programme recovery work in particular is commercially and reputationally sensitive for the client, and a practice that advertises which organisations needed rescuing is a practice that will stop being called. Where a client is content to be named in a specific conversation, we will name them in that conversation.
