Programme recovery and reset
Programmes rarely fail quietly. They miss a baseline, replan, miss it again, and the reporting stops describing the work. We establish what is actually true and rebaseline to a position a board can approve.
Practice
Programmes running under supervision, the independent reviews they attract, and the audit responses that follow. Assurance built to be useful, not to be filed.
Most assurance arrives too late to change anything and is written to be defensible rather than read. The test of an assurance framework is whether a finding it raises in month three alters what happens in month four.
We led the business-process and technology assurance for the migration of a multi-billion euro mortgage portfolio between servicers, under Central Bank of Ireland and acquiring-bank governance with independent review by a Big Four firm. Audit responses were delivered to one hundred per cent completion to the client's satisfaction, ninety per cent of forward-looking assurance actions were closed, and the remainder were handed to business as usual and the incoming management structure as planned.
At an ISEQ-listed distributor we stood up an internal programme-assurance framework alongside an external assurance review, covering governance, technical architecture, data migration, testing, cutover and people.
Other practice areas

ERP and core systems at enterprise scale, through four decades of platform generations. The technical decisions and the delivery decisions are the same decisions, and we take both.
Reporting that tells a sponsor something they did not already know, financial control over a multi-vendor book, and a transformation office that prioritises rather than collates.
Both directions of the same discipline. Bringing an acquired business onto one operating model, or standing one up as an independent entity able to trade on day one.
