This notice explains what Forward Leaning Consulting Limited does with personal data in connection with this website. It is short because this website does very little.
Who we are
Forward Leaning Consulting Limited, registered in Ireland under company number 761722, registered office 18 Old Fairgreen, Dunboyne, Co. Meath, A86 DD37, is the data controller. You can reach us at connect@forwardleaning.ie.
This website sets no cookies
We use no analytics, no advertising technology, no tracking pixels and no cookies. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you have not been asked to.
The site loads a web font from Google Fonts. Doing so discloses your IP address to Google in order to serve the font file. If you would prefer that not to happen, a content blocker will prevent it and the site remains fully readable.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which record IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser user-agent strings. These are used to operate and secure the service and are retained for a limited period by the provider. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
If you email us
We will hold your message and contact details in order to reply and, where a discussion leads somewhere, to manage the resulting relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.
We keep business correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant and thereafter as required by Irish company and tax law. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not share it with third parties except where we are required to by law or where a service provider processes it on our behalf under contract.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. Write to connect@forwardleaning.ie and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Commission, which is the supervisory authority in Ireland.
International transfers
Our email is provided by services which may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards those providers publish. We do not otherwise transfer personal data internationally.

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
